Preparing and attaching Environmental Information Presentation (PIL) and requesting guidance

Issuance of Guidance

Attaching documents to fulfill criteria

  1. Does not have environmental documents or environmental documents do not comply with laws and regulations
  2. Location is in accordance with spatial planning

Business actors submit a Request for Guidance to the Directorate of PDLUK

Verification meeting of activities with the Directorate of PDLUK and the Directorate of Law Enforcement of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry

Issuance of Compulsory Administrative Sanctions to Business Actors

Preparation of Environmental Evaluation Document (EED)

Document submission in accordance with authority with complete administration, namely Compulsory Administrative Sanctions, Technical Approval (optional), Technical Details, Statement Letter, shp format map, and verification proof from the KLHK One-Stop Service
